Stretch Therapy

Fascia is the connective tissue surrounding your muscle. Fascial Stretch Therapy stretches the fascia out, giving the client greater range of motion. FST manipulates, lengthens, realigns and reorganizes your fascia. You’ll feel amazing!

Active Isolated Stretch

The Active Isolated Stretching method of muscle lengthening and fascial release is an Athletic Stretching Technique that provides effective, dynamic, facilitated stretching of major muscle groups.


Thai Body Work

Also known as “lazy yoga,” Thai Bodywork is traditionally done on a floor mat, but can also be performed on the massage table for clients who struggle to get up and down. Thai Yoga uses a “press and stretch” technique to relax you and promote blood flow to the tight areas for a better stretch.

LifeStretch Classes

This is a class that uses the principles of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) to self-assess your current range of motion, restrictions, and other needs and issues by synchronizing breath with movement, using traction to create space and warm up the joints. 

Reiki Energy Healing

This ancient Japanese method of healing uses energy to balance the body and mind. In fact, Reiki is believed to improve just about every aspect of life, from physical health to stress reduction and mental clarity.

Blending several oils can provide additional uses of essential oils. Blends can be created for natural cleaning and home care, relaxation and spa purposes, skin and beauty, and remedies.
